Ken and Martha founded the Gateway Center for World Mission in September 2002 to equip church leaders in the nations for the task of carrying the gospel to unreached peoples in their sphere and beyond. Together they bring over 40 years of combined experience in mission mobilization and education, working with key leaders in different nations of the world.
Ken has a passion to see national leaders fulfilled, equipped and sent out to plant churches. As founder /director ken has ministered to leaders in 14 nations.
Martha uses her administrative gifts and experience to pull together the day to day operations of the ministry. She has ministered to women in the nations and is sought after for women’s conferences among churches in the nations.

Rich is the pastor of Metro East Christian Fellowship, O Fallon, IL. They have sent missionaries to two countries and support a national pastor in a restricted access nation who impacts four nations around him. Rich has served as a board member and advisor on special projects
Mark Karnes is a successful businessman who has started over 30 businesses. Mark has serve on Gateway teams in Haiti and works on special projects
